Faction Status Enhancement:
Added cumulative loss and gain indicators for troops and land so that it is more clear what is going on with your faction - such as when you are being attacked.

AI Bug Fix:
Fixed an issue where, during expansion into unclaimed territory, the AI would unintentionally attack if the rally point became claimed before the wave reached it. The AI now periodically checks the rally point's status during expansion and reselects a target if the cell is claimed.
This caused a lot of issues where the AI attacked when it did not intend to - which was frustrating and could cause both factions to loose
Rally Point Tax Removed:
There was a troop cost of 4% to set a rally point. This was originally implemented as a hacky fix to a problem that has been solved in other ways. I removed it because it is no longer necessary for balance, and it was unintuitive why you were loosing those troops
