FactionRift.io
FactionRift.io is a real-time multiplayer browser game where players battle for territory in fast-paced strategy rounds.
Inspired by classic .io games, it runs instantly in your browser — no downloads or accounts needed.
The game is still early in development, but the core gameplay is live and evolving. I’m looking for feedback, ideas, and bug reports from anyone willing to dive in.
I’ve been a web app developer for a long time, but this is my first real game project — learning as I go and loving building it. Come help shape it with me!

It feels like there are interesting core mechanics at play, but I can't make heads or tails of them. It says I should be regenerating thousands of troops, yet even when I'm not attacking I am losing troops. If that's because I'm constantly under attack, then what am I to do about it? I'm decent at territorial.io and openfront, and this feels like it could fit in up there with those games, but I just have zero clue as to what's happening.
Thanks for giving it and try!
Yeah, I totally agree with you that there is a lot of improvement to be made to the feedback for what is going on.. You inspired me to to make some enhancements to the UI and fix a few other issues I had been putting of that were not very intuitive.
I still have a lot of work to do, but it's another step.
Thanks again for giving the game a try, and for your thoughtful feedback!
